Patricia, Carmen and team were amazing from start to finish. We purchased a condo in Sarasota which was bare bones builder finish. They worked tirelessly to get us our dream home all from the comfort of our primary residence. They handled everything turnkey so we were able to walk in and enjoy. Even with issues with our strict building they were able to work through and deliver our project on time.

I was very fortunate to find Patricia to handle two projects for me in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The one in South Beach was very extensive and a complete turn key construction remodel and decorating. The project turned out amazing thanks to Patricia and her Team. Fort Lauderdale was a new build condo so it was a turn key decorating job that was flawless and is absolutely beautiful. Patricia took time to understand my personal taste and adjust to my preferences based on all the options she presented. She always went above and beyond my expectations. I have NO doubt we will work together again. Integrity and trust are not easy to come by these days when conducting business out of state especially when you don't live close by to check on things. Patrica allowed me to focus on my life away from these projects and provided weekly and monthly updates with pictures, financial statements and layouts so we could stay within budget based on the plan we put in place. I highly recommend Exclusively To Design!

Patricia and her crew did an amazing update of our newly purchased condo in Hillsboro Beach. She, Antonio and Robert were easy to work with and had great ideas. In late spring they’ll start a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms.

We interviewed and hired Patricia the principal at Exclusively To Design (ETD) in July / 2021 to help us turnkey a condo in the Miami, Brickell area. What stood out in the interview was the integrity and the experience of ETD. Once we committed to Patricia she immediately went into full service for us , initially trying to understand our tastes and wants using a interview and a questionnaire. Soon after a demonstration of her protocols using proposal sheets and 2D drawings was very helpful. We engaged ETD to handle all aspects of the condo with included paint, wall coverings, furniture , carpets, kitchen supplies, bedding, window blinds, fans, everything to turn key the project for us. Patricia was able to identify deficiencies in bathroom lighting and subsequently provided new lighting options. I can say that we had a very positive and grateful experience using Patricia for this project. The end result was exactly what we wanted and was efficient from start to completion. Patricia extensive list of suppliers , contractors, furniture sellers made the whole experience flawless. We would strongly recommend Patricia & Exclusively To Design!
