Our HOA has courts built by Fast-Dry. We called them in April to obtain quotes for resurfacing the courts and converting one tennis court into 2 pickleball courts. It is now 3 months later and we have still not received any quotes. We have reached out to the sales rep Alex over a dozen times, and was given excuse after excuse that he needed to deal with, Miami Open, Hard Rock Formula 1, then Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas... then eventually he stopped responding. We reached out to the corporate office several times and was promised we would get a response. Nothing. I called one final time and they said they would escalate the matter and the sales manager, Jeff, would call me that day. I received a text at 7:33pm that day from Jeff apologizing for the late text, and that he would be taking over for Alex and he would reach out to me the next day. Here we are 2 days later and Jeff has still not reached out. I highly recommend that you DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They obviously don't value their smaller customers. It seems as if they only care to the needs of their larger clients, as it was shown with Alex's name dropping. We wasted 3 months trying to get a quote from them, especially because they built our courts in the first place. Enough is enough, we are moving on.

VERY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fast-Dry ripped us off. Required payment in advance. Took nearly 2 months to schedule repairs, then never completed the job detailed in the contract. Months of calls and emails have not generated a single response from the company.

We have fast dry re surface our courts. Their project mgr never came to the site, only their sales mgr Jeff. When the courts started cracking, they played the blame game. We hired our own engineer and lawyers to show what is the cause and solution.... we are still waiting. They are non responsive, and costing us monies vs using the warranties and suppliers to correct this.
