Garrett's studio is the kind of place where good performances happen naturally.The minute you step into his studio you're at home, and his kind, relaxed demeanor helps the performance stress fall by the wayside. On top of that, he has a fantastic ear and is quick with edits, suggestions and tricks to make the recording sound as awesome as possible. My band Gazelle(s) had a fantastic time recording with Garrett and we're grateful he went above and beyond with us.

I’ve been working with Garrett for a few months now and in that time I’ve been nothing but blown away by his phenomenal engineering, producing and composing! Garrett is one of those rare guys who can literally do it all, and very well. He’s patient with the artist and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it right. By the quality of his work you can tell he loves what he’s doing! His compositions are inspiring. He just has a fantastic ear for Melody and Rhythm. To add on, he’s very hard working and focused. He’s relaxed, but gets down to business, which is always appreciated! Working with Garrett will be completely worth your time and money!

Just a great experience overall. Garrett was just such a chill, down to earth guy, who really made the recording process a breeze, while keeping it fun, and complementing my sound, which I really appreciated. while the hospitality, kindness, and recording processes were all lovely, we did run into some slight speed bumps in the editing process, and overall, there were still some things that we didn’t have time to tweak to my liking. I take partial responsibility too, as it was a team effort in terms of me trying to find things for him to fix, it just felt rushed towards the end because I had a deadline, so we had a total of about 24 hours in a 3 day period to get this whole thing done. With all of that being said, I take nothing away from Garrett’s ability to bring life to a track. He seriously knows how to give music that professional sound quality, Lord knows what we would’ve been able to create with 3-5 more hours. Thanks again, Garrett, for everything!

Garret has been an amazing teacher. Worked with him for two years and he taught me how to find my style and create my own songs. I would not be the player I am today without him. He doesn't impose his own style on you he really shows you how to create your music. Man is also an encyclopedia for music theory and technical components of music and recording.

Aside from being an incredibly talent and well-rounded musicain/producer/engineer, Garret brings one very important skill to the table in the studio. He is great at being aware of your energy and getting you into a mindset where you can create something you'll feel good about. He's really shown me that the best and easiest way to create is by staying relaxed, in the moment, and letting the music flow through you. It's been truly liberating to work with him.

I've been in a lot of studios for a lot of voice overs, but working with GART and Garrett, the man who puts the "G" in "ART" was an experience I'll happily remember for how much he can put a performer at ease, get the best take out of them, and still manage to do the work of a producer, operator, and technician. Working with a complicated and pesky script, GART and I managed to lay down some great sounding tracks while the session just seemed to fly by, and that's not because they let anything slip. Garrett's ear and knowledge of the business assured that if the first take didn't sound just right, the second was sure to be right on the money. I'd happily record in this space with this equipment and audio engineer any time.

Garret continues to be a positive and patient instructor for my daughter. He is very knowledge and adapts to learners needs. Best part is when your child is nervous going into a lesson and comes out saying that was great and talks about what they learn.
