For anyone considering this practice… all I have to say is please reconsider. They are horrible from top to bottom. The receptionist is rude, not to mention she tried to pull a fast one by giving me less change when I paid for my co-pay. I also changed my pharmacy but she didn’t bother to take any info, just told me that she will call us for the new pharmacy’s information (never called).

As for the Dr. Gart, he walks in and barely gives you any of his time. Runs through the list of your issues hardly addressing anything. Oh he recommended that my wife use a gel facial application to help with her acne. But guess what the pharmacy doesn’t have the prescription, because they never put it in and they wouldn’t even know where to put because she never wanted to update my pharmacy. They will take your cash, for the bare minimum return of medical advice. Stay far away from this place!!!!!

Bad experience, Doctor barely listens to you and they charge you so much for a 3 minute appointment. And I went with my husband so both of appointments were settled in 3 minutes, i will never go there again!

Both receptionist I dealt with were wonderful. I was an hour late due to weather and they were completely understanding and accommodating. The doctor was fantastic. Fully explained everything and made me very comfortable.

Terrible doctor and staff. Office staff needs an attitude adjustment. Pick another profession that doesn’t require you to be nice to people. And Gart is a whole other story. He barely listens to you, will deny prescribing you something that may actually work, and then they charge you hundreds of dollars for a 10 minute appointment. I’ll never go there again

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Gart and his entire staff. Immediately upon arrival, extremely pleasant and great customer service at the front desk

Dr. Gart was extremely thorough and excellent professional bedside manner. Not only that, he personally called me with my results and immediately got me in with another Dr for follow up.

I HIGHLY recommend him as you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Gart is attentive, explains things well and understands when it comes to a clients hesitations to do invasive procedures he’s willing to do what you are comfortable with while explaining risks clearly. The front desk ladies may be gruff and a bit rude, but I don’t go to this office to see them.

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude. I assisted a client with attending an appointment and their front desk was extremely rude. I think her name is Tammy, while we were sitting waiting to be seen we overheard her being degrading and rude on the phone. Tammy reeked of cigarette smell. It was an unpleasant visit as the front desk staff presented very unprofessional. Front desk staff is not nice nor helpful. Maybe they’d be better off with a new front desk staff that aren’t rude and are welcoming.

Front desk staff was wonderful and friendly! Dr. Gart was awesome and our meeting was very quick and he easily explained my first-time experience with alopecia areata that could easily be fixed with a topical steroid cream, which he prescribed. He was very welcoming and had positive energy. We started my appointment 10 minutes before my actual time which was nice, especially since the office wasn’t too booked.
