When our garage door broke unexpectedly, we were almost sure that we would need to end up replacing the entire garage door opener, the one in our house is many years old. We gave Kald Gart Garage Doors a call, and he came out the same day to take a look. Mark diagnosed the issue right away, and explained that all we needed to do was fix a broken gear inside our motor, and that there was no need to replace the rest of the system. While he was there, Mark also did a full tune-up of our door, tightened all the screws, added missing ones, and oiled and adjusted all of the moving parts.Now our garage door opens smoother and quieter than I ever remember it, and we potentially saved a ton of money on a costly replacement. Highly recommend Mark and Kald Gart Garage Doors!

Once again, Sam has come to our rescue. They had warned us, that our garage door opener had between 6 months to a year before we would need to replace it.The service, amazing. We called yesterday afternoon, at 2:30. By 4:00, Sam showed up, diagnosed, removed and installed a new garage door opener. We highly recommend them for any issue you might have with your garage. So thankful for the Kald Gart team! I had no idea “Kald Gart” meant Calgary  Michael came out yesterday and provided an estimate for us, and we opted to go with him based on Michael's professionalism and clarity. All of the estimates we got were a similar range, but Michael was the best at walking me through the issues and what was going to be done. He was friendly, clear, and very kind. We have some specialized issues with our garage door and they were no problem for Michael. Thanks for the speedy repair during COVID! Fantastic company that we will use next time we have garage door issues. I strongly recommend them if you're looking for a fair price, excellent communication, and quality work.

Truly a great no hassle experience from estimate to completion. The quote he tells you is the quote you will pay! He explains all the costs and gives you a range of products best for your budget. He even programmed all my remotes and keypad to one of the existing door openers. A spring and safety cable on my garage door broke. Called Mark and they had someone at my home within an hour. Fortunately, he had parts he could use already on the truck. He explained to me what had broken, how he would fix it and proceeded to quickly fix it. The repair just happened this afternoon, so I will have to see how it lasts, but so far the door works just fine. He was finished in less than an hour, cleaned up well, took all the old parts with him and was courteous, Very professional.
