What a horrible experience we had with this car dealer! We flew all the way from Egypt to see a camper van we were interested in and we were treated in an absolute terrible way by the staff, Jans & a blonde woman working with him.
First of all, prior to our visit Jans didn’t tell us about all the damages on the van and when we pointed them out he just nonchalantly said, "ohhh, my mistake". As no one spoke English we had to spend hours checking the van because everything had to be discussed through a translator. Afterwards we were told that we were taking too much time to check the van (which is normal, as the purchase was a big one, close to 40 000 euros, and without any warranty). The blonde woman kept shouting "zeit, zeit, zeit, bezahlung, bezahlung!" which was very uncomfortable.
Prior to our visit we had asked how we could make the payment and Jans had told us 'not to worry about it'. He knew very well that we were foreigners and that money doesn't transfer so fast from Finland/Italy to Germany. On the day of the purchase not being able to make the transfer 'instantly' became a problem and he left the shop and messaged us that it was too complicated and that they would no longer sell the van to us. He also told us that now the real owners of the van think that we are "scammers" and then stopped replying to our messages. This really raised alarm signs on us and we had to report this to the local police as we felt that we were the ones being cheated.
The next morning Jans had changed his mind and when we went back to the shop the blonde woman told us that we had to make the decision at the spot whether to buy the van or not, still not even acknowledging the horrible way they had treated us. After being treated so terribly wrong & unprofessionally there was no way that we could have bought the van from this car vendor.
This was truly a horrible experience to us and we'd advice anyone looking for a vehicle to avoid this car dealer with any cost. They really put a bad "face" and reputation to the car dealers in the area. Zero customer service skills. If it was possible to give 0 stars, this would be my rating.
